Old Town Walking Tour
Join a Sundog guide on an informative walking tour of Old Town. The tour starts and finishes at the Sundog Trading Post (4 Lessard Drive). You will visit Pilot's Monument, Cultural Crossroads painted rock and the Woodyard shacks. The tour is approximately 1 - 1.5hrs in length. Walking is generally flat. Sauna Rental
Your sauna options include: A smaller barrel sauna that fits 2-4 people and heats up to 90 - 100C. This is a terrific sauna for anyone looking to get hot! Our larger sauna that fits 8-10 people does not get as hot but is still warm enough to steam the rocks. Rental: The smaller sauna is $150/2hr. The bigger one is $275/2hr. Canoe, Kayak & Stand-Up Paddle Board (SUP) Rentals
All rentals meet at the Sundog Trading Post4 Lessard Drive in Old Town Enjoy Yellowknife on the water with a canoe, kayak and stand-up paddle board rental! Canoes are 16' in length and can seat up to 2 paddlers. All canoes come with skid plates and knee pads. Our sea kayaks are 16' in length and seat 1 paddler each. Arctic Tales on Northern Waters
Join us for an informative boat tour of Yellowknife Bay with a guest storyteller.
